The first shop was originally known as F.W. Evans Cycles and was located on Kennington Road in south east London. Trading from this site for thirty years F.W Evans Cycles built up a strong reputation as a quality cycle shop and in particular building its own frames and bikes. In 1925 the company was presented with a silver plaque by the Cyclists Touring Club (The CTC) for ‘The greatest improvement in cycle design, construction or equipment during the year 1925’. The award was given for design and low cost production of a rear wheel dropout.

  I went today to pick up my order @ Evans Chiswick @ 4:20pm. I have been served by Alister L. I collected my order and was about to leave the shop when the security gate started to make noice so I have returned to the counter. I gave Alister my order to check if any security tags were left accidentally. He checked it and said it's OK. The other woman who was pirchesing something before me have had exactly the same situation so I have pointed that out to Alister. He asked me if he could look at my..

  I just have no complaints, I've been in London in 2010, gone to one of the branchs, had a great time and a great support. When in Brazil (where I live), if I need something, I just have to browse the website, find what I'm looking for, buy it and wait for it. It's always sure to get it perfect.
