  I happen to know a friend who works there and he's expected to fit Stereos, Handsfree kits, Roof bars, Bulbs, Speakers, Amps, Subs, Wipers, Hardwire Sat navs, and much much more, completely untrained, without (or with very little) support or help from the company, on a tight timescale and ON MINIMUM WAGE!!!! What a disgrace, an utter disgrace this company has become since the greed mongers took over (David Wild, are you listening??)
  
  The stores are seriously understaffed, the staff untrained, overworked and underpaid. Managers are put under pressure to employ under 18s so they don't have to pay minimum wage!!!! When this mismanaged joke of a company finally goes bust I hope the greedy cowboys responsible for the mess are bankrupted, i really do, IDIOTS!!!

  £18.99 tyre pressure gauge used three times since last summer (bought specifically for motor home tyres)and on its third use yesterday gave a constant 'E' error reading - the only reliable thing it did do! Changed the two (perfectly good) CR2032 batteries - no improvement whatsoever. Granted it may be just out of guarantee. Staff member 'Jake' tested it for me and confirmed it was not working; same error message displayed for him and could not understand why. Attitude of store manager (Darren)..
